TL has a bunch of TMNT and guitar and drum sampling packs on their front page. Nothing I care a bit about, but I've downloaded 1.5 TB from there over the years.

Exigo is another fine example of this. Right now there's barely anything I've ever heard of on the front page, but it's the gems that you find there that make it well worth having. :)
