They announced it on the 13th of last month on the 1 year anniversary of it being shut down (13. april 2006). There was a downloadable newsletter saying that the site would reopen sometime in may. No specific date.

Well, judging by what you can read on the developer's blog, they still have some coding to do if this 1 month old news is to be believed and still accurate.
