Have Israel IP's Been Banned Im having the same Problem???
Contact some other from Israel and check.Maybe israel is banned.
im from israel and i know thet some of the IP's are banned but lucky for me mine doesnt..
could be they banned certain ISPs instead of the whole country...
It ussually only says maxed if the total amount of allowed accounts is reached.
Most sites do a cleanup of old accounts every 15 minutes or so. So technically just because there were slots 30 mins later doesnt necessarily mean there were free user signup slots available 30 minutes ago or that there with be 30 minutes from now. (Hope that makes sence)
