For free the Sun and the Moon rises and sets every day; for the rest, you need money to pay. Also paying that little extra for your own dedicated server..or your own web-hosting, doesn't mean you have to pay a lot of money! It does mean you have rights and no adverts.( unless you want to place your own like google where you can earn money from too)

Once i got a plan on a free web hosting that i was able to install TorrentFlux.

It wasnt allowed, but i installed anyway.

But i forgot to limit the speeds, then one torrent got 1.5MB/s download and my account got suspended :P

The free host wasnt like a normal free host... it was a stupid guy with a resseler plan offering plans from 5 to 20gb, you just had to post on his forum and reach a certain number of posts to get you plan. Thats why it worked...

There are serveral forums like this one, its not so hard to find, just go to google.

And if you get one, dont install the TorrentFlux first. Make a small site, put some folders on the server and hide TF in one.
Dont forget to limit the speeds. Dont go over 150 or 200KB/s, to download and upload.

I think thats the best thing you can get for free.
If you want something better you probably will have to pay.

ps. Don try to install TF on normal free web hosts, they block some php and python functions... and TF wont work, im saying it because i did that :P, i tested over 20 hosts
