should i be worried about getting caught?

The things that happen all over the world and people are worried about getting caught for downloading.

You could be dead tomorrow stop worrying.

Regarding whether you should really be worried, well, you can at least wait till the act is passed anyway. ;) And the Feds can sieze your PC for illegal filesharing now; the proposed act would make it easier for them do so.
