my server keeps crashing (i don't know why), remote reboot isn't working, cs is only open during business hours in the netherlands = which opens at 3 AM for me.

my box is running linux centOS and i really enjoy it, no need to reboot since i got it.

You would certainly have a most stable box on linux rather than Microsoft (which i think your server runs right?)
