well, there is actually less risk for the person with the seedbox than there is for this guy. Think of it this way, he is risking his account by trading a FTN invite, but you are just giving him access to a server on which you can change the password any time.
I traded a week on leeware a while back, and was sure to only give him the vnc and webui password, not the ssh password. This assured me that if he tried to screw me over, I could log in through ssh and change the vnc password.
So even if the invite is disabled after trade, you really didn't loose anything but a few hours of your server.
if he goes first with the invite, then i agree that there is no problem
