i get 403 aswell, which means ip ban

i went in irc and talked to staff and they said my ip was NOT banned, (ip or isp proxy)
my acount isnt disabled so i duno what to do, maybe you got same problem
i have to use tor

it hasn't problems for very long time.. like people said your acc is disabled..
