If the signup page don't work than the invitation will not work too, because ur range ip or ur isp it's blocked by the site (cheating/low ratio on this ip range/dynamic ip and so on...)

freesky is right. The same happens with me on demonoid. Also, my ISP has blocked demonoid for about more than 3 months now. :(
