There is no need to skip any files, because you are allowed to hitīn run as much as you want, as long you keep your total ratio at 1.
swedvdr donīt need any seeding rules as they never have any problems with the number of seeders.

Sweet buffer... for those thinking is not worth level 9+10. He's not asking for any buffer on the level 9+10. They could be invites and for 2 TB of DVDs I would probably give level 9+10 invites if I had them.
Levels mean nothing. Is about quality. Buffer does mean a lot though for trackers that allow hit and run. For some trackers though buffer means nothing.
