tophos .. simple theme ?

i'm currently designing a darker and glassy and a grey monochromatic stylesheet for tophos

we need a nice and simple theme and servers moved out of
Country: United States
City, State: Parsippany, NJ

The servers for Tophos are not located in the U.S. not sure where you get your facts from.
The reports on arin are incorrectly linked to a differant company.
The server is located in Canada which you can confirm yourself if you do a traceroute on the ip.
