I think they have started disabling it for new members. So it is almost a privilege for those who are active contributors. I think it should be that way anyways

It's got nothing to do with that, all groups other than discipline groups and n00bs (the group you start in when you join, aka the first 30 days after u join) can choose a 'member title'.Quote:
