I suppose it depends what you mean by clean, but I recently installed spybot, and it found tons of stuff which adaware never found on my pc. A lot of it is just cookies and minor stuff, but it also found keyloggers (little programs that send information about everything you type (I think)) and other more serious stuff. I think it's a cool program, and it has some useful little tools...
