It's borked. Unless it's under warranty, it would be cheaper to buy another CRT than get it repaired.
If it's still in warranty, get it repaired.
If it's out of warranty, buy another monitor.

Get a nice used 17" CRT from craigslist $10-$25. I got a Dell (Sony) $10. Kicks 95% of all LCDs in clarity.
Yes..I've decided I'll just buy another monitor. It's not covered by warranty anymore.
I hope I can buy a monitor as cheap as that here but unfortunately a 17" CRT costs at around P1,800 - P2,000 here and the conversion of $1 is P45. Just count guys and see how much is a monitor here..pretty expensive right?:frusty:
A pc in the US is 40% cheaper compared to here..
