and
establishing a Pay2Leech/Invite system for profit.

I think if they make the only way to get in to donate, it really degrades the quality of the members that are there

how much do you need to donate and who would you donate to?

at S*T site at the faq section says: Just donate, and send SithLord - and only SithLord - the details.
