You should also ask them to keep the account and not give it to someone else in case the don't like it.
3 out of 5 of my invitees in my recent bitspyder giveaway forwarded their accounts either for trade or for free and that meant BAN for the accounts and my invite privileges been revoked!
You should also ask them never to use a proxy. Another of my invitees used a proxy and was banned of course...
