some only play excact stanard or commercial vcds so if when u encode to mpeg and it dont comply exactly to the vcd standard it wont play them.Quote:

but sometime teh lable lie. i jsut bought a brand new dvd player that state it can play vcd, svcd, cd-r/w, dvd, dvd-r/w and it didnt play one single vcd/svcd i burn. btw, for it to play the one u burn it need to be able to play either wma or mpeg.
