tl sct oink down?

all of them works fine here

its my isp block all these ips traffic shapping omg.

i can't login TL too. i get 'page not found' and some of my friends have the same problem :S

everything is working here .. seems like portugese users have isp problem ..

its traffic shapiing yesterday sct oink and tl no in this moment for me only sct its our isp. but websites like wikipedia dont open ou globo.com its:angry: kill our isp lol. send many emails asking why i will do.

same whit me, ncore sct oink tl and others dont open... very strange...
