Nope they do not change their clock..I have that conclusion because i Check every trackers every time for a new TV episode and SCC is always the first one to release it.Quote:

Pre is good on SCC
Keep in mind that the torrent sites that show pre times, not always are correct ;)
But I think it was around 30 sec for xvid, and 10-20 sec for tv shows :)
Also keep in mind that the thread title is What's the fastest pre you've seen on a tracker?, not What tracker has the fastest pre times?
i saw a tracker once get 5 nanosecond pretime. i forgot which tracker though.

I've seen som stuff on SCC that got uploaded before pre ;)
the reason why tv shows have such unbelievably good pretimes is, they split the encode in segments and upload part after part during the commerical breaks.
that's why you find them sometimes a few minutes after airing.
The fastest pre I've ever seen on a tracker is something uploaded before pre. :)
