Are we talking CRT or LCD? LCD is just fine with a warm, damp paper towel and rub lightly. If CRT, who cares? Windex that shit. If JPs bum, soap will probably do the trick. Otherwise you may want to attempt some feline lapping techniques.
Nah, if it's CRT smash the cunt with a hammer and buy a proper monitor.
