I believe they were trying to find a good solution on how to handle invites and didn't really make long term plans but impulsive decisions. That's at least the impression I got from the invite chaos over there ;)

Doesn't really matter... As long as the speed and contents are still great + the MP3/Appz are Freeleech forever... :)

it was after 10 invites and before 5 invites

You're correct, I don't.

Any reasoning aside, I simply find it comical to observe the ups and downs of my invites.
