You could probobly pay for a 20/1 adsl2 connection and a seedbox with 2TB transfer for that price.

For more just search this forum for seedboxes. It have been asked and answerd like 300 times :p

But around 80 dollars for a 100/100 2tb dedicated server with a decent harddrive is what you could expect. Some are more expensive, but there are not alot thats cheaper.
