How often & when do you use a proxy?

I use occasionally to avoid some protection (for example on country)on some website.

I use proxies very rare to access some sites that are restricted.

when i access sites that doesnt allow my contry ip or my current ip is blocked for some reasons by the site (rapidshare without waiting time for example)
