That's the problem I have a dynamic one.. That's why I haven't been using BitmeTV for ages.. This is simply out of order.. How can I contact them? What's the IRC channel?
I'm not a member on ScT but I read on a Polish BT Forum, that if your country was banned (ISR and PL) you have to go to the ScT IRC channel, wait till some op will voice you and then if your stats are ok and you are not a cheater, you will be unbanned. :)

Dynamic IP shouldnt be a problem - they just unban the whole range. For example I can access tke start page of ScT, so someone from my range was unbaned. :)
