You must have the winter vomit bug which is doing its rounds again.
You will get better though you might not feel like it at the moment.:)
If you have a certain gene you are immune to that wee bug. Sadly if you have the gene it can mean you might get a more serious complaint later in life.
I was at a reception a couple of years ago where everybody except four sisters caught the bug. It is common on winter cruises.
