scene-access is very restricted and very hard to get. if they started giving it to anyone with a fast connection we wouldnt even have the scene anymore. theres lots of torrent sites out there with excellent pretimes. the most you can do is try n become an uploader there. trust me, you dont wanna go any further
the question is: how much are you willing to pay for pay to leech from a topsite?

I think a 100/100 line on the scene is nothing special, you have to have more to offer than just that.
