Crossposting torrents, if you're fast enough, is another way. It also propagates the files, which is what we all want in the end.

yep use RSS or iddle on the irc servers of your fav site, most of them have announce bots that tell you when a torrent is upped. With those tools it sims stupid to hammer the site...

how about download something somewhere else then download the .torrent from higher lvl trackers and seed it without downloading anything from them. Thats the best way ive been able to buffer my higher trackers
make sure both are rarred or not or have the same number of files

or look for dead torrents with 1 or more leechers and download that from somewhere else and seed it back there
or do the same with request if you are allowed to fill them
