i agree with you fatcat69, despite my recent dribble, i believe that making friends is the core of the whole thing... wether on a trackers irc or in a forum such as FST or even on msn an things of that nature... as you say, you meet people, make friends and take it from there. a perfect example of this is shown in this thread.. i have gotten some good sites from generous people a few from here.. but my main accounts i've gotten through good friends.. being a friendly generous person yourself, also helps..

getting invited to sites where users have invites seemed pretty easy for me regardless of the site. its those damn ones where you have to know an admin to get in that are hard, even though i want them for the right reasons it doesnt matter because those guys get hundreds of pm's with people saying they want in for the right reasons and 90% of them only want it because they cant have it or because of its level.
