I play CS too and i dont know what is your crying about Silverccrow, i think you never played Doom Therefore you don't have any Idea how good it is, i already said "I want to play them before getting DOOM3" .....

uhhh....no it doesn&#39;t anymore. Just because it was first ....and it was tight when it was out doesn&#39;t mean it&#39;s better than a game like Quake.

It is nice to play it for nostalgia&#39;s sake but it is hardly noteworthy like let&#39;s say Pac-Man. There is no redeeming quality over Quake and Quake II to say it&#39;s better except for the different look and worse graphics.

It didn&#39;t really come out first. Wolfenstein 3D was the first one out before Doom and Quake.

And it depends on what Quake you&#39;re talking about. The first Quake is still one of the most popular games out, and many mods were made to the game so that it can run in qualities that match today&#39;s standards. I don&#39;t know much about the second Quake but the third Quake is just a deathmatch where you frag everyone.

Your right Wolf&#39; 3D was first. Doom broke out the genre.

ALL the single player Quakes are better than Doom.
Ex. Is Tekken better than Tekken 4. No
Is VF better than VF 3. No
VF broke out 3D fighting though. But NOW it sucks ass.

accualy go to www.gamespot.com and go see the latest news, doom 3 IS online and it is the best&#33; did u even see the graphics? dude either u blind or u dont know anything about games...its one or the other....the original doom was good but not the best but i still liked it...its fun for a long time....did u even ever take 1 min to download it and 5 to play it? im guessin no so before postin shit like this check ur fuc*in facts...
