I'm looking for waffles also. I could provide screens from sites, but theres no real way to know they are mine without verifying the username from that site... I can provide speed test later when I get home, I have cable 10Mb/768Kb. You can PM me if you want to verify me on a few respectable sites yourself instead of blindly trusting (possibly stolen) ratio shots.
