He is looking for trackers that focuses on unrared releases, not the rared releases.

I really like the idea of NOT having .rars, it enables people (especially those with smaller hard drives) to seed longer. I've often thought that an archive or older type dvdrip xvid tracker would thrive by using this strategy as well.
