Pretty much all the specialized trackers are non-scene.
You can see what is specialized on the WTAW thread, it's organized by color.
Foreign trackers often allow user uploads, also.

Public trackers like TPB has some non-scene and there are private trackers with non-scene torrents like KG which specializes in movies

Just because most people abuse the levels doesn't mean there isn't other helpful information provided.
That's true it does contain plenty of decent information. However it's primarily organised by rarity and imo it tends to distort people's views about torrenting.Quote:
