Getting This 500GB HD On Boxing Day, Any Thoughts?

Any last minute thought or doubts about this sweet deal. The only concern is that I never head of this company name Trekstor so I don't know how trust worthy they make their product.

Btw, what's the exact size of a 500gb hd after it been formatted? I had a 250gb because and it became 220gb after the format.

That drive is rather expensive for a 500 gig. I got USB WD for $70 (after rebate) on Black Friday.

I use my drives to store movies. I have over a terabyte on externals alone with 500 more gigs free (all bought for shit price).
