How to play .mkv files?

Is is possible to convert the .mkv files to dvd and burn to a dvd?

Go with an newer version of VLC

Definitely install CCCP. It works wonders.

forget all the other suggestions and go with CCCP.....you don't need anything else.

CCCP isn't a video player, so you still need one. You might as well go with KMplayer maybe GOM if you dont like all the features.

Save your computer from codec pack bloat.

CCCP includes THE best media player ever: media player classic.

u can use the kmplayer. i always use that

VLC is the answer :)

Yeah VLC is pretty good, but CCCP codec pack is also a good one and with media player classic it's BRILLIANT!!!. But if you got an old, slow computer you might get the best out of it with VLC. Since CCCP sometimes slow the movie down on older, slower computers.
