None. Essential books like Larousse Gastronomique or Escoffier's Le Guide Culinaire are nowhere to be found. Most cooking related torrents contain just a large number of random recipes.

Those recipes don't look authentic to me, you can download the book at mininova and check for yourself. Oh, you're German, why in the hell do you need a book about German cuisine?Quote:
