Another problem with ITS

So you expect someone to invite you when your previously account have been banned?

And first you say the confusion was resolved then you say you don't know what happened. Doesn't seem like the confusion was resolved?

confusion was resolved i talk with a member of staff and he say i can create a new acc,that means i don't have ban
