First thing I would do is look at the icon in the bottom bar of utorrent. if its not a green checkmark (meaning its red or yellow) it means you have a port forwarding issue. If thats the problem we'll have to set up your ports before you get the best up and down speeds. if your upload speed is good, then i guess its fine to move to a private tracker, but if not, you're probably gonna get banned because you're just starting out, so I'll assume that you'll download like crazy for the first while
