iTS & ScL (Clover) - must become very nice sites. but they are both small communities.
TehConnection - an up coming site. it will be an Oink-on-movies. it's based on a new source besides TBDev/TBSource.
Gotta say I haven't tried to communicate with the staff. Have you tried going on IRC? But they do have a great selection and a nice seeding bonus, gotta love that.
tl it's like a new site with all the rules and other things something is changed in staff behavior i like it =)
