The best tracker for TV torrents, in my opinion, is BitMeTV. It's a private tracker, though, so the only way in is by invite, and I'm all out. If you can wrangle up an invite though, they have just about anything you could imagine.

Tv.torrents.ro have the complete series but sadly they have just closed the open sign ups.
Torrentlounge.com also has the complete series, you just need to register.
Also tvtorrents.com does have season 3.
