The best site i have found for apps is H33T (http://www.h33t.com). What makes them stand out from others are the large number of AIO (All in one) packs and rare to find apps tracked there.
It's a semi private tracker so you wont need an invite to join. On the downside, large files may be subject to leeching due to no ratio requirement. Not that i have had a big problem with it anyway.
