TTi has PAL, NTSC, and Region-Free DVD's.

There are currently 2,351 DVDR torrents.

TTi seems to just be for pal dvds?

do you know of a tracker that has mostly NTSC dvds?

IMO, TDC is the only good place for NTSC dvdr.
All others are just scene and/or mostly PAL, such as swedvdr, all PAL.
