Microsoft OS Memory Question

Alright well I posted the problem before I posted the build so feel free to give your opinions on this computer. Take into consideration that I don't have time to build a comp so buying it is my only option atm.

Intel Quad Core Q9450
Asus P5KC P35
4GB Pc6400 - ddr2 - 400mhz (Transcend)
Seagate 500mb Sata II - 32mb
Nvidia 8800GT 512mb DDR3 16xPCI-E
Onboard Audio
Cooler Master Extreme 650W PSU

Someone told me that I should get a better video card for the CPU and memory, but I'm not too sure. Look forward to hearing from you guys.

Vid card seems fine to me...as does everything else.

The most important question that I don't think has been asked is what resolution you intend to run.
Without that it's hard to really say whether an 8800GT will be fine. I'd say it would be in most cases, but hey you could be running a 52" LCD TV as a monitor in which case you'd probably want some more power.
