(i see activity this way : getting involved with the things that ocurs in this forum , try to help people when you are able to , if you see someone asking for something and think he is worthy of that thing PM him and give it to him if you have it, e.t.c )

To me, being active means averaging 2-3 post per day. Thats not asking for too much, IMO.
