does shoutbox help community?

I never like shoutbox.......good communitys is in IRC!!!!!!!

IRC is much better..

Ok,Sorry if I misunderstood...

the kraytracker shoutbox is definately good for community, but for larger tracker that aren't community based to begin with im not sure if it does much

its probably cause its shoutbox is for PU and above only
