You should allocate it to teh same exact directory, where the filez at. Make sure teh names ot teh folders are identical. Check if you not have 2 folder (one with actual files and second that was created, when you tried to dl it from tracker right now ;))
Then dl torrent again and set it up the way it goes in the one with files, then you should see hash check going on and when it hits 100% - 1 leecher/0seeders. Thats about it.

Maybe providing a link to the torrent you uploaded so someone one else can help you test it would also be a good idea, but that is only if the tracker you uploaded to allows it.
If you don't want to do it in a public forum then have someone you trust on here test it out for you through PM.
