they didn't have any info on who was seeding what. all of the personal data on the server was in the ram so the second the server was raided everything disappeared and can not be retrieved.
if they arrested someone who might have been an oink user then they are arresting that person on some other charge as well.
oink is going to win the court case. if he wasn't then why would they keep delaying his court date? it is a fear and propaganda game they play. The longer they hold the court date then when oink wins the less the news will cover his win and all most people will see is him being arrested without knowing the outcome.
