They are lying to me. They put me on a server with 6 users. Today, at my request, they put me on a server with 4 users but in a couple of hours the new server crashed.
During a month I had 4 tickets.

we have put you on a server with 200mbit instead of 100mbit with 6 users, the server have better performance then the 100mbit one, and the moment you asked to be transfered to 4users server we did it in 1-2hours, the server didn't crash, but you uTorrent session crashed, also 4 tickets within 20mins-2hour response time , i think this is good support, so you guys think of yourself,
