In order for the magnetic poles to move there would need to be a 'heating up' of the earths surface in their present positions. The reason there is magnetism at the north and south poles is because the underlying metal in that area is not molten because of the cold. Metal that is molten does not create a magnetic field.

I hope your theory does not mean that young people will only get a four year mortgage.:(

Philosophy has smt to do with the love of knowledge, as far as i know sophy means knowledge the rest means love or to love anyway. So you can put most of the things in the life under philosophy but which philosophy?

However, the mega-gadget has caused serious concern, with some scientists suggesting that it's properly even a bad idea to turn it on in the first place. They're predicting all manner of deadly results, including mini black holes. So when this machine is fired up for its first serious experiment in 2012, the world could be crushed into a super-dense blob the size of a basketball.

If having scientists warning us about the end of the world isn't bad enough,religious folks are getting in on the act aswell. Interpretations of the Christian Bible reveal that the date for Armageddon, the final battle between Good an Evil, has been set down for 2012. The I Ching, also known as the Chinese book of Changes, says the same thing, as do various sections of the Hindu teachings.
