i think it will be in a few months :) if you look at GTA2 for instance, that released about half a year after the consoles.
I just hope it's really flexible with the settings so it can run on older systems. I just barely can run GTASA on my pc. lol I'm curious about pc version multiplayer. This could be really fun.

in my opinion, it will out at early 2009, rockstar doesn't want their top game to be oldish...
we may even get it before 2009...
Maybe they will release it around the time that the DLC will be released to keep it fresh.
