Re: any body use this type of zalman cooler?
well you have the same CPU as me:p im getting a new mobo to oc mine tis why im gonna go with w/c.
@clocker, im not sure about the tubing. Im getting an external 'kit' so everything i know is compatible so i dont think i will have to mess about with tubing. The simpler the w/c kit the better in my books:)
Re: any body use this type of zalman cooler?
There are better HSF with a lower price such as the Thermalright:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835109125
With a great strong and silent fan such as Minibea:

Creat the best combiniation of silent and performance.
Re: any body use this type of zalman cooler?
nah i aint gonna go with something like that. i pretty much have my heart setting on w/c that way when i get my new mobo i can start to oc and keep a proper monitor on my temps:)
Thanks anyway Catcher
Re: any body use this type of zalman cooler?
In a way I'm more interested in this than in Detale's watercooling attempt.
I've always been intrigued by the Reserator concept but never tried it.
Oh boy, two watercooling threads.
Re: any body use this type of zalman cooler?
lol careful clocker you may get over excited:p
I'll create a w/c log with pictures when i get my stuff:)
Re: any body use this type of zalman cooler?
Ok your choice.
Water cooling kit is a great choice too, but either expensive.
Do not tempt to buy cheap parts. If you go extreame chose decent parts!
Re: any body use this type of zalman cooler?

Re: any body use this type of zalman cooler?
